the blood worms that are sold for freshwater fish as food, are they good for salter water fishes also? are there any negative effect on marine fishes if they were feed blood worms?

i use them for my fish, but i don't think there's alot of nutritional value in them, but my fish go nuts for them

are there anything else alive that i can put into my tank for feeding other then brine shrimp that is nutrious?
