ARO ballasts/retros any good?

I've been looking for ice cap ballasts but the ARO seem so cheap. Are they any good, or just a mistake as fas as electricity consumption and lamp life. Thanks.

ive got three... they work well and are easy to wire

I run the 220 model about 4 hrs a day....Its was easy to wire and cheap to buy..I'd buy another in a heart beat.
