arrow crab & cleaner shrimp

Can I have an arrow crab and cleaner shrimp in my 55 gallon? Someone told me that the crab would eat the shrimp. Is this true?

The arrow crab might it the shrimp, and when it gets bigger it becomes less reef safe and will be able to catch smaller fish.The shrimp is fine.
