As the battle continues ...

Just wanna say thanks for the help and advice recieved from here - Terry/Beth/and Mr. Tang.
My purp tang got real bad - lost color and seamed near death. Despiration kicked in (had convinced myself that it was a gonner) and gave it a 2 min freshwater dip yesterday AM. The condition looked worse lastnight but i still gave it another dip - 3 min. This morning he was very agitated (but swimming!) and had alot of color back. Tonight he has complete color back still has the ick spots just not as heavy. I have paracure in the tank but should I just monitor that now or continue with the dips maybe once a day now?

I have the fish in a 10gl QT NOT my main tank and I also keep the QT in my bedroom for quiet and peace.
Paracure contains cupric sulphate (all thats listed on the bottle) and is a red sea product.
I hope the worse is past now.
Thx all for the help again!

Hey Ren glad to see the Tang is doing better, i hope he pulls through fine for ya. The Yellow is still in QT and shows no signs of being sick so your prob might have been from the stress he caused by attacking your Tang. keep all posted
Thanks Bill
