I was browsing through the fish for sale here and discovered an assasi trigger. It looks young and very neat looking, and as i can imagine, it must be rare. Anyone with pics of an adult assasi on here? I thought i knew all the triggers, but just found this one
thanks
chris:)

Assasi Triggers are my favorite. They come from The Red Sea, and are commonly called True Picasso Triggers. They are relatively peaceful (as far as triggers go). They don't go thru any major coloration differences from juvenile to adult.

I've had one for about a year now, doesn't sound as big as the one you are looking at, he is about 4.5 inches. Great trigger with a great personality. I have him in my 155 semi-fast/aggersive. We named him Lucky after we moved him from his previous tank-mate Stripes (Undulate) just before things got ugly. He goes after the seaweed on the veggie clip with a vengence that shocks even the tangs and angel in the tank and of course he likes the regular meaty treats. I saw about three or four of these in ***** (no I don't usually buy fish there) for over $200 but when they couldn't unload all of them after a few months the price dropped to $45 and I snatched him up. Same family as the Picasso which I've always wanted but never had the space when I found one or could never find one when I had the space.
