Asfur Angel with bacterial infection?

This asfur had ich spots for about 2 weeks and eventually the spots went away. Now i notice this redish area is a bit swollen, the scales are slightly raised. I'm assuming this is a bacterial infection. I caught the fish and would like to treat. What is the best medicine to use?

Are those white spots that I still see or is tha the camera? If you did not treat the ich then it is still there. The infection does not look that bad. You could try treating it naturaly using vitamines or you can go with Maracyn 2 for saltwater.
