Asm Help Again

I have an ASM2 and 3. The 2 has a brand new pump and the 3 has a brand new impeller. I hooked them both up, in differant tanks.
They both are getting nothing but light green water in the cups.
I have the bubbles so they just shy of the top.
Whats up with them. I know both these tanks should have lots of skim mate

maybe they just have to break in?
what is the water level you are keeping them in? I think to work best it should be in 8"...
just a thought though, could be other things...

I just put my "3" In last wensday same as you Greem liquid and foam to to top of the cup I think it is just breaking in....I hope Mine is in 15" of water is that too deep Should I raise it up?
