ASM Protein Skimmer

after looking around on the internet like crazy for a great skimmer and an affordable one i've come down to this skimmer. its the mini-g model suited for tanks up to 75 gallons. i have a 36 gallon tank and when i get my sump im gonna have maybe 15 more gallons so probably 50 gallons all together. this thing pulls a dark brown skimmate and seems real nice. i can get it for $120. anyways..does anybody have this skimmer or know if they are a good choice?

I have the ASM G-1, it ran great in the beginning but the past few months has been running real crappy.

(I've had it for 3 years though)

considering that its been 3 years almost without any problems for you and the pics online of the skimmate it pulls...im tempted to buy it.

yeah i saw that they have it and its a good price. ---- has it for the same price but free shipping. i wouldnt mind buying it from SWF but seeing how im 15 and dont have alot of money...im probably gonna find the best deal possible.

yeah they are great for the price, I know other members on here use them.
