Or appeal, appeal, appeal and appeal again and then appeal because it's cruel and unusual punishment to kill someone who has been on death row 20 years because of all the appeals.

and this type of crime against children seems to be an up and coming thing for some sick reason. I read where they don't care for their mentally ill AT ALL and let them out onto the streets. This is what several have done. Innocent kids at school

several different times!!

I was told by my Chinese Sister in law. In China if you are found guilty, they take you to a room and shoot you in the head, and bill your family for the bullet.

Would save this country a lot of money if we executed sooner. Death row for 10 plus years is a joke and a slap in the face to the victims' families.

Yeah I hate it when DNA exonerates someone that has been locked up for many years. I feel so sorry for those that are wrongly convicted.

I'd like to see them limit the number of appeals. Right now you have these anti death penalty groups who have filed appeals when the prisoner has said they just want to get it over with. That is ridiculous.

The Anti death penalty crowd points to those cases as a reason to do away with the death penalty but when asked about cases where the DNA evidence is what convicted the person all you get it Humada Humada Humada............
