atlantic blue tang with dots on face

there is 1 dot between eyes and 4 smaller dots under chin. they are silvery white in color. is this normal, or is it ich?

How long have you had this fish? Can you post a picture?
Take a look at the pictures in the Diseased Fish Thread at the top of this forum. Look at the fish with ich. Does it look like that?

may dust off old digital camera and see if it can take a clear picture. kind of doubt it though, it's only 2 megapixel. not even sure how to get the picture from the camera to the computer, but maybe i'll figure it out before my standard roll gets developed.

What about the pictures of fish with ich in the Diseased Fish Thread at the top of this forum. Did you look in there to see if you can id your problem?
