attaching pics

I have tried using the "attach file" procedure on this site for pictures, but keep getting rejected due to the size of the picture being larger than 102400. What have other users done to reduce the bytes, but maintain picture quality?
Any help would be appreciated, would really like to share so "eye candy" !!

Believe it or not, you should be able to use paint to resize it. I comes with windows. To open a jpg file, when you click on FILE then OPEN, in the dropdown "file of type", choose JPEG File. Open the image you want then click on Image then Stretch/Skew. In the stretch section, try 50% for both horizontal and vertical. Then save the image.
