I've watched a couple other videos of this boss fight and everybody else dies a bunch..this guy doesn't...friggin crazy...I don't know how you do it...you can't even blink.

If you read the title of the video, he was fighting the 'boss' in GOD mode, meaning he had the cheat on to where he couldn't die. What's sad is even playing it with a cheat, it took him 10 MINUTES to defeat the thing (I guess it took that long, that was the time on the video). Why game creators make ending of games so hard is beyond me. I'd just get frustrated with the thing and quit playing it. I'd also make note of the game manufacturer and never get another one of their games.

You're mistaken a little here. GOD MODE on this game is actually a difficulty level (easy, normal, hard, GOD MODE). You can see that several times he gets hit and a couple of times he loses a life, but he doesn't get the "game over" "continue?" screen.
