A Boone County jury in a three-day civil trial last month agreed with the lawsuit filed by Daniel and Donna Brown and decided the club should pay them $700,000 in damages.
Furthermore, it makes me sick that our court system would deem the appropriate penalty to be $700,000.

im in mass...real strict gun laws...but so everyone knows...there is a supreme court case that will be called soon i think about whether we have the right to own a gun or not. its basically a case about DC and not being able to have a gun
little tid bit of info..DC i think top 5 murders in the country--no guns allowed
some places in texas where everyone is wearing a gun on their side--barely any murders
people will think twice about robbing someone if they might have a gun

I received my license to carry concealed in TX was about 70 of us and he does the class once a week....
I may not be able to make it but am hoping my gun case in tx is dismissed as it is the same day and I wanna go packin...

I had PA CCW. I don't think It's valid in Mo since I don't live in PA anymore.
It's amazing how often you WON'T actually carry.

I carried everywhere now that I'm suspended i don't go without my wife she is licensed
I moved to the border of Mexico and was constantly targeted in everything we did. first week people put a note on our door demanding we pay them so much money blah blah. " We lived in treasure hills" It is the nicest place to live and we were being targeted because we were not hispanic... They ended up killing our male shepherd we used as a breeder show dog in the schutzund and my female also almost passed but we came home from our "license to carry concealed class in time" she was stiff as a board but pulled thru. My caddy was stolen the police did nothing we found it and I stole it back they came to my home threatened to kill me whilst my son was next to me so I went it grabbed my 1911 sig locked the door as he was almost in and yelled exactly as the video says to do. I am armed if you come in I will kill you.. I ended up being taken out of my home by SWAT which was bizarre in itself and caught three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon... They have sense been dropped to one count of agg and two counts of terroristic threats as their was three people there.. I tell ya what if your going to pull a gun use it as then their is only one story to tell... The attorney and the judge who gave me my bond was like why were you arrested... I said sir I have no idea so I get my day in court but i THINK THE plaintiff is back in Mexico after just getting out of prison and inn hiding from some other new charges for something so it keep being continued till they have their witnesses lol.. It is amazing how you are told you have a right to carry use deadly force then when it happens you have to go thru all this crud. Anyway way too much info but just wanted to let people know just cuz you can does not mean you should as I assure you your going to go thru the system until you spend a lot of money to be cleared....
all of it happened within the first two weeks of us being there was insane...
