I need to know a place to get tanks drilled, and how much they charge a hole

A few good places to check would be reputable LFS's...they sometimes have the equipment to drill tanks. Also most glass shops will be able to help out. Then again there are hole saws available that will allow you to do it yourself...not cheap and definitely scary...but it is a option.
