Auto Top Off with No Sump

Anyone know the best auto top off for those of us without a sump? I have a 29g and need a ATO for vacation. All the ones I looked at say they are for use in sumps and have very long float sensors. I need one that detects water level within a inch of the top of my aquarium. Any Ideas?

Usually it's not adviseable to do an ATO directly to the tank, becasue of things hanging up and such, but there are several ATO units out there and the 1 I'd recommend would be by Tunze. Alittle more expensive than the others, but well worth the expense.

I would be intrested in something like this as well. I have no sump and I am planing a vacation in July.

Do a search on Tunze and they have just the thing...even has the pump to move the water as well, and all the sensors and brackets to hook it up. Not the basic float type sensors.....You'll pay alittle more, but when you sit and compare what your getting worth it IMHO.
