Can someone help. I'm trying to get a picture resized to use as my avatar but it is not working. It's driving me CRAZY!!!

Is it small enough to post as a pic?? Cause anyone will resize it for you to avatar size.

i got it, my friend had to do it for me. It was wayyyy to big for an avatar.
