Avoiding cycle w semi-cured LR?

In a 215g with an Ecosystems sump/fuge and a Trigger Systems skimmer, could I add about 15 lbs of LR that was overnighted (damp in the box for about 24 hours total) without having a significant spike? My Q has sprung a leak.

I think its risky, so called cured lr purchased online is usually not, i would use a trash can or a bucket to cycle it with a powerhead and heater. Check your levels everyday if it really was precycled it should be ready to tank very quickly. good luck!!

Even if rock is "cured", by the time it spends 24 hours in a box it will no longer be so.
I wouldn't risk it...

If you already have a LOT of LR it will probably be ok.

If a dead fish or overfeeding your fish can cause a ammonia spike then I would not risk putting your tank and tankmates in jeopardy by adding 15 lbs of not fully cured LR.
