Wings of all kinds, loaded nachos, and Guiness. Well this should be everyday, but is always a crowd pleaser during super bowl round this area.

mini short putts.
get a hot dogs, and cut them into quarters.
slice each hot dog 3/4 thru length wise. then get a piece of cheddar cheese, and stick it in the opening you made.
then get bacon (which has been cooking), and wrap em up.
5 mins in oven at 400-450 (hopefully you have timed the bacon right so it isnt underdone or burnt.
stick tooth picks thru all of em when u put the bacon on.
depending on size of party, 50-100 of them. thats like 15-25 hotdogs

1 thing i make that's simple and never makes it till half time is shrimp dip
take a block or 2 of philly cream cheese, cover with a jar of coctail sauce and cover that with a pound or so of small coctail shrimp serve with ritz crackers
sounds boring but once you pop you cant stop

you guys made stuffed jalepenos from scratch, on the grill?
is there a recipe for that?
That is all we ever did.
De-vain them, put stuff inside, cheddar (or whatever kind of cheese we had) then wrapped them in bacon, And let them smoke, when we were smoking chicken or something.
The kick I'm on now is these stuffed penos from the oyster bar. Filled with seafood stuffing battered and deep fried. yum

everyone loves oysters on the half shell.
and depending on who will be there, jello shots and or vodka jelly bears.
and for stuffed jalepenos, leave some seeds in. or take out all the seeds but de-vain and keep all the seeds in a few of them...

I don't usually make hot wings because they don't have enough meat on them.
I put chicken legs on the smoker for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and slow smoke them. Then I take them off and put my own hot wing sauce on them. I call them hot legs...

Hot wing sauce
1-2 cans of tomato sauce (depending on how many legs you make)
Lousiana hot sauce
green tobasco sauce
garlic powder
a little cayenne pepper
Do this to your liking with the spice.

I'm making Jambalaya Sandwiches. I saw it on Guy's Big Bite and you can find it in Foodnetwork.com. Find Guy's Big Bite link to find the recipe. Can't wait !!!

My version of shrimp scampi...very easy.
1 2lb bag of shrimp
5 Tbsp. butter
Garlic powder
pepper
a little creole seasoning
Bake at 350 degrees in an oven safe dish for 10-15 minutes or until done.
These never last long.
