[B]TRANSFERING live stock to new tank ???[/B]

Can someone give me advice and what is the best way to transfer my fishes from my 55g to my 220g.

What I did with mine Is I just set up my 100RR and let it cycle then I took and swaped out 5-10 gal of water every day with my 55. As I was swaping my water I would move some of my live rock and some of my LS. after a few days my water mixture between the two tanks was pretty much identical. and also by this time I had all of my LR in my new tank. So I just caught my fish and moved them straight over to the new tank.
