I know this is for sw fish, but I have a blue gourami who I just realised is AT LEAST ONE INCH WIDE! His stomach is this huge ball. Ito looks like it is pregnat x10! Anyone know what's wrong?
P.S.>About this history channel thing, what time is itCentral. Did I just miss it?

There are a couple of possibilities, either it's a female loaded with eggs, or the fish has the start of dropsey (internal infection usually fatal) or it could have intestinal worms.
Without more to go on, I couldn't guess which one it is!
