babies everywhere!!

My fish are being quarantined right now(since @#$&*! ich outbreak!), and it looks like my peppermint shrimp are releasing tons of babies(i looked at the picture posted)in my main tank. Well, the first one did a few days ago, and they all disappeared. Now another one did it...is there any way to give these guys a chance? Also, there are some tiny white things moving all over the glass - can anyone tell me what they are?

the tiny white things probably are pods, they clean up and are food for your fish
the peppermint may be a prob with pumps and filters, as well as anything that may eat them, like shrimp or crabs or anything
