a small piece of liverock we brought home the other day has 2 small anemones on it. im trying to get a pic but its tough with them. they have a thick whitish stalk/foot and a shapeless kinda mushroom cap that is bright bright neon green. on the cap are a bunch of brown bulbs that inflate and deflate. anyone have pics of baby bubble anemones of recognise this description?

hmm, damn not like that at all. more like this super accurate ms paint depiction:

it has a thick white stalk thing with a leafy kinda green top or cap and then it has little brown bulbs that inflate and deflate off the surface of the green cap. they arent all over the top either, they are scattered and clustered.
have you seen coralline that purple before?!?!?!

alright, some pics. i find the green not coming out as strong as it is in the tank. for scale neither are much larger than a pea right now. im thinking there is something up with them cus they are the only thing in the tank our angel leaves alone.

nah its soft and mushy like a snail foot. when we got it we didnt even notice it for awhile cus it was curled up into the white base and itll suck itself in every now and again.

uhhh, these are kinda more from the top. i didnt see a mouth but its tough to see in there where they are all wrinkly. i noticed this time the brown inflatey part seem to be alinged in ridges. kinda neat. i included a video below as well so you can see it flopping around a bit from the water flow, its quite soft

I'm wondering if it's not opening all the way because of the flow. That could be why it's so hard to see down into the middle. Have you tried moving it to an area where there's not so much flow to see if it'd open?? Might help.
