First I'm going to say a 55 is bit small for a Clown Trigger, it may feel a little cramped and stressed. For color try adding Spectrum pellets they have color enhancer, I feed it to my fish and there colors have improved. Also feed a more variety like plankton, claims on half shell and mussels. Are you leaving the shells on the shrimp? Vodka is for reducing nitrates and you say you have no nitrates. Phosphates may be coming in from your water you use for water change, test it. There are phosphate sponges for sale try them, don't leave them in longer then suggested or they will fall apart. I'm surprised you have crabs left in your tank, lol.
