baby flame scallop in my nano, pics

OK so i wake up his morning and i find this little guy in my tank. its definitely a baby flame scallop, you can see how hes using his little string appendages to attach to the side of the tank. I was just wondering, are flame scallops asexual? I only have one in my tank, and does anyone know how many babies they usually have? i basically just wanna know whatever people have to say about their reproduction. heres a few pics, hes so small it was pretty difficult to get pics but these are not bad...

those are awesome, but i think its gonna be super hard to keep alive, and was it a hitchhiker?

no im pretty sure my flame scallop had it. ive been looking around the tank trying to find more but i havnt seen any
