my pregnant goat today was just laying around .after a while i got worried so i got some pellets and went up to her.she got up and started to eat the pellets.i noticed her nipples dropped like 2 inches.she are some then went to the stall and is laying all the way in the back.so later on i stopped at the feed store and told the owner.he said she should have the little one within 36 hours.so we will see if he is right.should be cool to see the little ones.

its a christmas miracle )
oh yea they get along fine.the 3 month old donk plays with them.i have a bunch of 12 inch wood planks i bought to wheel concrete through mud a while back .i am going to build some kind of playground for the new guys.i hear the love to play king of the hill.
its nice we are in a warm spell for the next few days so the little ones wont be too cold.hopefully she has them in the next couple days.christmas eve would be cool.

yea just got them beginning of last week.i actually got them from a customer .he started with three and now has a dozen.he actually paid me $10 for taking them.i drove his truck and trailer here.he cant drive since he is recovering from brain cancer and 4 back surgeries.i didnt want to take the $10 but he stuffed it in my hand.he must have really wanted to get rid of a couple goats.
i hear they have between 1-3 off springs .she is pretty fat so we will see.i hope the feed store guy dont make a liar of me.

It sounds like she is getting ready to give birth. I had a goat that gave birth to twins.

Baby goats are so much fun, my neighbor has a few goats across the fence from us and I always spoil them rotten. He offered to give me a couple of the kids that where sneaking over to our pasture, but my place is just too wet in the winter for any kind of stock.
