say no, those dont get combined...
that being said and i got married july 5th, my uncle rented a box at a baseball game (there were no women) and my wifes friends took her to a bar... we had fun but nothing to worry the other one.... bottom line is dont combine them!

the only combined ones ive ever been to we either went bar-hopping or to see a show (concert, play).
....they were either boring or bad ideas.

Tough to get creative so just throw a big party with chips and soda.

What age(s) are we talking about here? A party for a 22 year old is drastically different from a 35 year old.

Me and my wife had a huge party at a Strip club near our house... Went to a kinda side room where we could just be our group of like 20 but the guys could see girls the girls could drink and be crazy and have a good time. But i am a lucky one my wife like strip clubs like i do

A combined party?? Kinda defeats the purpose.

So let'e remove bachelor and bachelorette from the title and just say you've been nominated to throw them a gongrats party.
You should call some local night clubs and ask them if they have a sectioned off area you can rent.
Open bar or pay as you go?? You can try to collect cash from everyone invited to help with the bill then the bar will run up a tab you are responsible for at the end...
A bar is the only thing that comes to mind for me... music, maybe pool and darts, and everybody is happy.

A combined party kind of goes against the norm....you could always hire a he/she to put on a show for the groom and bride to be....

I dunno, you are in west texas, go buy a whole cow leg and have a giant BBQ, complete with playing horse shoes, alot of beer out in someones pasture.
Sounds like fun to me.
