Has anybody actually tried Bacter Boost from Weiss Organics? It is supposed to cycle your tank in 48 hours. I tried getting some information out of them and here is what I got.
Make sure you pay close attention to the last sentence.
Why should I only add a cheap one? Are they afraid of something?
Bacter Boost does go through the "normal" cycle but not conventionally where you will actually see it by using test kits, no huge spikes in the numbers. Because of the how the product is made, your test kits will not read accurately. There is a multiplication process on the label that will help you with a true reading. The numbers will be inaccurate up to 3 weeks after you stop using the product.
Our products are tested for about 3 years before we put them on the market. BacterVital is 1 of our biggest selling products and has been on the market for approximately 10 years. Now BacterBoost is an improved version.
Once you use the product as directed for 2 days, I suggest you add a fish (a cheap one) and you will see that it will live, happily.
