Did anyone else have bad experience dealing with them? You can never get through with the phone. They sent me the wrong product and they dont want to do anything about it. I have to get my credit card company involved? Let me know.
i ordered live rock from them they said it would take 2 days it took 8 days so there was no critters just a ton of die off. they didnt answer any of my calls or e-mails either. good luck
