Bad Experience?

Hey Guys...has anyone else ordered from this site? I ordered 12 lbs of rock and half of it was the wrong stuff. They wont answer my calls or do anything about it.I have to go through my credit card company. They told me to return the wrong six pounds of rock, which I did today. Any advice on how to get my money back or to get store credit? Thanks

No..Once my tank cycles I will order from SWF. It is an order from coralsplus.com. I think it is a kid running this from his basement.He ignores my calls and emails. I returned $35 of the wrong rock and paid for shipping. He messed up the order and even admitted to it, but now he just ignores me/.

I had ordered tonga kaileni and received tonga branch..I am sorry, I didnt know I couldnt talk about competitors. I have a small tank and I really have no use for the tonga.

yeah they are bad i bought live rock also it took 8 days to get here good thing it was for a new tank cycle....
