Baffle help

I need a few opinions on how many baffles each section gets. I have been told 2 by some and three by some. I have the first one in and getting ready to put the second one for each section. need to know if i need to add a third.

Maybe....
Two is good, but the third can help "IF" you have too much flow thru too narrow an area or the first two are place too close together...

IMHO I think adding this red baffel will help more so it will help the flow

Yep, that's an overflow drain chamber which is part of the skimmer chamber which helps in the initial influx of water and the bubbles created therein...
But different than "baffles"...
