Ballast ??'"S

A freind has the ballasts that came from the jebo lighting hoods that light 4 65 watt pc bulbs. He wants to know if they will work for t5's. Anyone have an answer?

I would have to say no at first thought because the different bulbs need different starting and staying power. I could be wrong though.
