Ballast suggestions...

Due to some recent misfortune, I find myself a couple ballasts short of a fully lit tank. Hopefully I can make enough sense here that someone can give me a couple of suggestions. Here is what I need...
(1) VHO ballast to work two 72" T12 fixtures. Looking for something that is reasonably priced and will NOT explode or burst into flames.
(2) Also need a ballast to accomodate two 400 watt Metal Halide fixtures. Again, reasonable price and no explosions or fire are ideal.
Looking for recommendations on units here. Any help is appreciated.

I've always invested in Icecap VHO ballasts for VHO lamps. They are expensive, but well worth it.
I gave Ballastwise ballasts a go when I did my reef system and so far I have nothing bad to say about them. I've got 3 250w units running and none of them have given me a lick of trouble. It stands to reason that the 400w units should perform similarly.
Ballastwise also sells an F72VHO ballast, PN DXE272VHO121 for like 50 bucks that may work well.. haven't tried, but I'll probably try them the next time I need a ballast.

What did your 250w run? Is it electronic? Dual?
Thanks for the suggestions. I was considering doing the Icecap ballast for the VHOs. The MH ballast is not as important immediately because I only have fish right now but I was considering a PFO... think I may dial it back and get a dual 250 watt ballast. There are no plans for real light intensive SPS' or anything like that.
I may have to look into the Ballastwise VHO. For $50.00, how can you go wrong?

Never ran VHO's myself but I have heard from a lot of people who say the VHO lamps will last longer using Ice Cap ballasts. If the price is close the quality of the Ice Cap is hard to beat.

the icecaps and the galaxy's are the same on the inside. the only difference is the warranty.
btw- get single ballasts. if one goes bad you only have to be out one halide while you are getting a replacement. i'm telling you this from experience.
