Can anyone tell me what is so good about a Icecap 660 ballast? Or is there something else just as good at a cheaper price. I want the capability of having 440 watts of VHO lighting.
Ice Cap is jusr suppose to be a good ballast. There are some cheaper ballast out there though. hellolights seem to be recommended just as much and seem to have a cheaper price tag
