"Balloon porc" questions

A gentleman I bought a few fish from in the FL Keys recently switched the labeling on his site from "porcupine puffer" to "balloon porcupine" (Did not change the pic, only the name in the availability list). From what I've read, these max out at about 7" (much more suitable to most home aquariums, IMO). I don't recall seeing them labeled as such on any other sites... what are the odds that some LFS's are selling the Balloon variety labeled as a porc? From what I can tell from the pic on his site, they're identical.
I was resigned to never getting a porc because of the size, but if they only grow to 7"... well, that's doable!
Is this a dwarf version? Anyone know anything about these? :notsure:
