Bamboo shark

Well, my summer project is now officially the setup of a custom ~250g aggressive tank. I currently have a 75g with only a 2-3ft snowflake eel, I would like to get a banmboo shark egg now, the problem is: I have a coarse crushed coral sand in the 75g, if the shark happened to hatch early, would this damage him severely?

if you have crushed coral then don't get the shark.

Agreed. Don't put the shark, especially a newborn, on crushed coral. Wait it out until the summer. You and your fish will be much better off. Bo
