Banded Coral Shrimp... White cottonball like thing.

I just noticed earlier today that one of my BC shrimp had something that looks like a cotton ball by his mouth. (about 1/2 size of cottonball). I got worried and kept trying to find it today and nothing. Now the lights are off for the night and both my shrimp are together and messing with this thing.
 
Any ideas?

Is it something it found to eat, or is it something literally ON his mouth? Either way fishy flesh looks like cotton shrimps eat such things. Either one shrimp has a wound and it is being picked at and eaten or it found a dead something for a treat.
