i just got a baned moray ell and like to know how big and how hardy there are hes in a 55 he behid the the rock swaing is that normal my water good am 0 nitre 0 ph is 8.2

A banded moray you mean? My reference says they are fairly hardy eels. Most morays are. Hiding is normal for most morays...I wouldn't worry.
