Banggai Cardinal

I am getting 3 banggai's and i have read they can be kept in small schools in medium size tanks (i am putting them in a 55 gallon) and i was wondering if i could put them all in my 10 gallon qt tank for a few days (7 at max) just to make sure they are fine and eating...i am getting them all at once because i have heard they get along better if introduced at the same time.....

i wanted to do the same but people on the board said go with one mated pair. They will fight if not housed in a large tank.
