Base Rock or Agrocrete...What do you think?

I just purchased some "base rock" that was said to be dredged from somewhere, from where isnt the point. Point being, it's supposed to be legitimate base rock naturally formed. Here are a few links to the base rock pics I received. Please take a look and tell me if you feel it's base rock or agrocrete. Both rocks are around 25 pounds each.

Yep, Ugly argocrete. It was probably dredged off a poured boat landing
