Hmm, a frag tank with no display. Well what type of "frags" do you want to keep? This will be important in deciding what lighting to purchase?

Then either a Biocube(my preference), Nano-cube, or Aquapod will work. The bigger the better. Once you have a tank we can give you opinions on how to set it up. If you just want to keep softies and some lps the pc lighting that comes with these tanks should be sufficient.

Do you know what kind of light gives zoa's the best growth and color.I hear that T5's are really good for zoa's.And that under halides they tend to grow a little slower.

Zoas do not need high light to live. Depending on the lighting the colors may change. If you are going for rare zoas be prepared to spend a LOT of money.

For that tank I would use t-5's due to how shallow it is. Something like a Current USA Nova SunDial T5 Aquarium Lighting Fixture, 4X24 Watt, 30 inch.
