Batfish with whitespots HELP!!!!!!

Hi, i just realised that my Batfish has whitespots on its gills and it's discolouring, it's black in colour and now it's turning white and translucent at one of the fins. Please help.....

Are the spots just in the gill areas? Not sprinkled salt like dots on the rest of body or fins?

are you planing on geting a bigger tank for that batfish? they get too big for that tank.
