What do i need to know about protecting it from the powerheads? Not new to SW, but now that i have the right lighting, I am hoping to finally get one, but have heard many horror stories about tanks getting wiped out from PH accidents :scared: All 3 of my ph's have the screens to keep things from getting into the motor, is this enough? I don't want to hamper flow by adding thick sponges etc to them. Thanks!

Big sponges is the only way to prevent them getting sucked. The filter screen is not going to help. You have to look at them in the tank and you have to clean them regularly.
