It has 4 Bluemoon LED lights on it
And is VHO

Will I be able to get an anenome and what type is there for beginers like me?
Itll be nice if somebody be able to make a list for me of beginer corals and the ones thatll be good for these lights?
Thank You Very Much

honestly that is not enough light for an anemone they need alot of intense light for long term houseing. and it really depends on what corals as to what size tank these are going on .

You can easaly keep pink tip haitan. White sebea. Mushroom coral and zoos. well not all zoos but a lot. I hve them with the same light for over 2 years now. 75 gallons. And they are beautiful.

Well im fitting them over a 55 gallon and im make mountains so any coral can move to the top or I can place them on the top so they can get the light they need, but I will be replacing those lights once I upgrade the tank in about a year

^ There is a big difference between PC and T5.
You're fine for softies and most LPS. The only SPS that may work is a montipora cap. and even if it were high up, the color wouldn't be great.
Corals don't move, they sit where you put them. Anemones will "wonder" if conditions aren't good, but thats just about it.
Personally, anemones aren't a good choice under that lighting. There is no such thing as a "white ...... anemone" if it's white, it's bleached. There should be come color to it, even if it's brownish.
