I'm looking at some right now that will be ready to be shipped in a few days for $10 a piece but they are 1/4" size the site says. 1/2" are $15 a piece.

what's the website?
You know better than to ask that! LOL
Google is your friend. I know exactly the site Corey is looking at.
Have you tried your local reef club? Mine shares them since they'll die once the aiptasia is gone.
I went the route of a Majano Wand and have been really happy with it.

I've been using it on both majano's and aiptasia.
Actually, my husband built his own because these are rather expensive for what they are, but they are effective.
Have you seen the YouTube vid of the guy who uses a little toy laser (the illegal ones) to burn his aiptasia just by aiming the laser at it from outside the glass?
There's actually a few people who have done it now: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=laser+killing+aiptasia

I dont know if its the way I designed my diy aiptasia zapper or what. It kills the pests just fine but I feel like in the process it also causes them to spread faster. I quit using it and they dont seem to spread nearly as fast.

There are some that have said that happens. In theory, I feel like it should be the case. You're irritating it which should make it release spores. We haven't experienced it to be true in our tank. My big issue is I have aiptasia where I can't reach (overflows, etc) and the snails irritate those and cause it to spread. My tank will never be 100% aiptasia free, but the little wand definitely helps, and it's a great when you get one or a majano in the middle of a coral colony and you really don't want to be smearing kalk all over the coral.

Yep, it started out with just a couple here and there after my pepermint shrimp dissapeard. So I made a zapper. Had no problem turning the pests into a pile of mush. But some were hard to kill because theyd retract into the rocks when you start zapping so some needed to be hit a second time. But within a couple of weeks there would all of a sudden be like 6-10 little babies that would pop up right in th same spots as the first ones that Id kill. I did a few treatmens before I through in the towel on the zapper because for me it seemed counter productive.
