If it's the Berlin Classic Turbo like I have they sell the pump seperate. I don't recommend you buy one because a lot of people have had trouble with it. The guy at my lfs recommened the mag 5 for me (he really know his stuff).
You said it's a bunch of bubbles coming out, but you didn't say from where.

About the berlin turbo I would go with getting that pump versis the Mag. Granted there was a problem with the berlin turbo's when they first came out but if you read my post about two weeks ago Red Sea recalled the impellor in there pumps. They will send you the new one free of charge. With this new impellor it makes a world of difference. It works alot better then the mag drives on this protein skimmer. I was running a mag drive on mine before I bought the retro kit and what a difference. It is worth the extra few $.

I use the classic Berlin skimmer with a Mag 5 pump. Have run it for years. I was going to upgrade but figured, if it anit broke dont fix it. If I were starting all over I would deffinetly get the Turbo pump. I have heard great things about it after the recall.

I've been running a Berlin Classic since they came out with a mag 5 pump on it. It's still the original pump, and have never had to fix anything. I only clean the pump once a year!! If it's not overflowing out of the collection cup then it's working right. The outflow is subtle. But you may want to clean the intake and venturi, they may be partially clogged, restricting water flow... :)
