Berlin Turbo Skimmer

OK, I've now checked and re-checked and re-re-checked how I hooked up my Berlin Turbo in my sump. I have everything hooke dup correctly, but it creates NO BUBBLES! I can see the "cyclone" shape very very very very faintly in the middle tube, but certainly nothing to brag about.
I have the neoprene air hose hooked to the front of the turbo pump, and water comes out of the two outlets at the top at a fairly good rate.
Am I doing something completely wrong, or do I just have a bad skimmer/pump??

If you have it hooked up correctly try turning up the air flow on the air tube by turning the little white screw on the side.

how deep is the water level in the sump? it semms that the slightest change in depth will affect the production of bubbles in mine. i have to constantly keep the water level AT LEAST 8 inches for it to work properly. just a little info i found out on my own! hope it helps you out.

There is about 9 inches or so of water in my sump. I've tried all sorts of different levels, to no avail.
Is there any way to fully disaasemble and reassemble the skimmer? It seems to be epoxyed together and impossible to do.

What you might have to do is take the skimmer apart, were you have the air tube to see if it is clogged. Are you running the turbo system or the classic?

I called Red Sea last night, and they think I have a bad pump and/or impeller, so there going to send me a new one. Thanks for all the help.
