S. helianthus is the smallest, but its a non hosting species from the carribean. It will very likely make a meal out of your clowns if they try to use it as a host.
S. gigantea is the next smallest, (usually max out at about 20-22") but these are one of the most difficult anemones to keep
S.hadoni is one of the easiest carpets but usually go about 24-28". They are proven fish eaters.
S. mertensi is the largest (36" but are rarely collected/imported)
E.quadricolor (AKA BTA) is not a natural host for percula clowns, but IME most percula will accept a BTA as a host. BTAs are one of the easiest (Not super easy,but easiest) anemones to keep and also the easieat to get ahold of. They regularly reproduce in aquaria, and anything that is a tank raised clone will always do better than something that was plucked from the ocean
