I can tell you this a mere 80 watts almost killed my BTA in a 55 gallon, it wasnt until I had 380 watts over it that it started to live right and split. That was almost 4 years ago.
Remember it really isn't watts per gallon when we talk about anemones, its more intensity, now its just my opinion but 155 PC might not be intense enough. These are photo synthetic animals and I don't care how much someone says to feed them and they won't need as much light because thats bull. They still need the lighting.
Your looking at about 5.1 watts per gallon with 155 in a 30 gallon, while that might seem like enough remember also that light with PC's and VHO will only be effective in about the first 12 inches from the lighting source downward, less at 18 inches down, and poor after that.
With 5.1 watts per gallon my only suggestions would be the BTA or Haitian anemone.
I'm sure you LFS has not had an anemone in one tank for over three years, they are just holding tanks till the animal is sold, so for them to say "oh yea we keep them in even less light than that"....Well....What a bunch of crap that is.
Thats only a penny of my thoughts.
