Best Anenome For False Clowns

I want to get two false clowns, and was wondering what is the best type of anenome to get. I have a 35g tall tank (octagon shape) 24"deep. I have a 2x65w PC lighting. Any suggestions would be helpful. I may consider getting different types of clowns as well. Not set on them yet. Thanks.

I've always loved bubble tips. But Heteractis Magnifica looks incredible with a pair of clowns, any type. Just make sure it won't over crowd your tank (which I think it would, that thing gets huge).

The lighting that I have (stated in first post) should be enough to support a BTA.
Correct?

i've read that heteractic magnifica usually don't do well in aquariums.
go with a bta. as good a chance as any that they'll host it.

In my opinion I would look for better lighting now. Especially since your tank is 24 inches deep. In order to have the best punch down to the sand bed you will need metal halide with this type of tank, perhaps a MH pendant in order to get the proper lighting down to the bottom.
As it is the 2x65 falls just short of standard tanks that are no more than 16-18 inches deep. Even then I'd double it on the 16-18 inch deep tanks.
I'm not saying it won't work, but simply advising that more light would be preferable on a 24 inch deep tank.

Nice pics, thanks for all the advice everyone.
I don't have money right now to upgrade my lighting, so I will just make sure I keep my BTA or whatever I get further up on my LR. That way they should get enough light then. I will post pics of my tank later tonight once I get home from work.

What would be better to get with my lighting (2x65w PC), a BTA or a frogspawn? I want either one, just what will have a better chance of surviving and possibly hosting my two false percs (yet to get any of them though).

what happend with my false paracula it didn't even get close to anything but the colt coral, but once i got another clown fish in there (sabea) and he saw the sabea clownfish chillin in the in the anemone he tried it, and didn't leave it since there.
he's been sucking on the anemone tenticles for a while already :)

Both work fine. Frogspawn requires less direct lighting, from what I've read, than the BTA. It's all up to which you want to try...
