Best calcium reactor media

Im in the process of building my first reactor for my reef. I still need gauges and a co2 bottle as well as the media. For those of you running one, which brand/size media seems to give the best results? Also Ive read that some medias leave a lot of deposits/silt behind once used creating a mess. So what would be the best media for adding all the "good stuff" and minimal amount of residue?

Thanks Richard. I was kinda hoping you would be one to reply. I've seen a lot of posts on reactors and you always have great input and ideas. So do you get yours online or does your LFS carry it? I will have to order it in because I know of no other person running a reactor in my area and I am currently working for two local fish stores in different capacities. So if someone were to have one Im sure I would have heard about it by now.

I don't get everything online....just a lot of it.
I get the A.R.M. from http://www.reeffanatic.com
I checked here at SWF.com and they do not carry it.
Things I don't get online...water, salt, tanks, stands, canopies, PVC. See there are a lot of things I get locally. : )

golfish...what have you heard bad? I have been using it for over a year and haven't seen any ill effects. No measurable phosphates, alk and calcium are good...pH is pretty stable at 8.2-8.4.
Just curious...if A.R.M. has long term bad effects, I would switch too.

I vote for the cheapest cc you can get. I used different kinds. But found the difference to be the shell content and price =geo is cheaper cuz it has shells the others get washed better. But CC is CC nothing different. I wash it myself.
